With this recipe you can bake your own tasty gluten-free pastry biscuits. Use our ready-made pastry that’s free from gluten, lactose, and milk protein. These gluten-free biscuits with cinnamon and cardamom go perfectly with a cup of coffee.
Makes 15-20 biscuits

Thaw the gluten-free puff pastry in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Remove the pastry from the fridge and cut into slices 3-4 mm thick. Mix half of the granulated sugar and cinnamon on a plate. Mix the rest of the granulated sugar and cardamom on another plate. Cover the biscuits in the mixtures and press gently so that the sugar and spices stick.
Place the gluten-free pastry biscuits on a lined baking tray and bake in the middle of the oven for around 20 minutes until nice and brown.
