We’ve taken steps to set our baking free! As of July 2018, we only use free-range eggs, never battery-cage eggs. This applies to all recipes containing eggs. Because we seek to offer excellent products with ethical appeal, responsible animal husbandry forms a natural part of our development. WHY WE OFFER FROZEN GLUTEN-FREE PRODUCTS
We sometimes get asked why our range of gluten-free products is frozen. The reason is that products that are gluten free often have a shorter shelf life than similar products that contain gluten. So to keep our gluten-free products fresher for longer, we freeze them just after they’ve been baked. Just take out what you’re planning to eat and leave it out to thaw at room temperature. Single slices of bread will thaw in around half an hour.
