RECIPE FOR GLUTEN-FREE CHOCOLATE CAKE
Our recipe for gluten-free chocolate cake is quick to make and it’s perfect for any summer party. Stack three gluten-free brownies and go all in with fresh berries and mascarpone cream. The result is a summery gluten-free chocolate cake.

Ingredients
- 3 Fria brownies
- 500 g fresh summer berries
- Mascarpone cream:
- 400 g mascarpone
- 3 tbsp icing sugar
- grated rind of one lemon
- 400 ml whipping cream
HOW TO MAKE IT
Whisk together the mascarpone, icing sugar, and lemon zest until smooth. Then add the cream and continue whipping until the consistency becomes spreadable.
Alternate Fria’s gluten-free brownies, mascarpone cream, and berries to create a cake. Top with a little icing sugar just before serving.
