RECIPE FOR GLUTEN-FREE CANAPÉS
Fancy something luxurious for Christmas or New Year’s dinner? Why not offer your guests some festive gluten-free canapés using Fria’s Christmas Loaf topped with smoked salmon and lemon. The recipe makes 12 gluten-free canapés – perfect as an appetizer or snack.

Ingredients
- 4 slices of Fria Christmas Loaf
- 12 small slices of smoked salmon, about 150 g
- 100 g of natural cream cheese
- Garnish:
- 1 small piece of horseradish
- a few sprigs of dill
- 1 lemon
HOW TO MAKE IT
Shape the salmon slices into roses by rolling them up.
Fill a piping bag with the cream cheese.
Cut out small, round pieces of gluten-free Christmas Loaf using a small glass or cutter.
Pipe the cream cheese onto the gluten-free Christmas Loaf. Add a salmon rose.
Grate the horseradish and lemon peel over the top.
