WHY WE FREEZE OUR GLUTEN-FREE APPLE MUFFINS

We freeze our gluten-free apple muffins immediately after baking. This extends their shelf life and means you can just thaw as many or as few as you need.

Ingredients

Sugar, egg, rapeseed oil, gluten free wheat starch, apple (8%), rice flour, psyllium husk, cinnamon, baking powder (sodium pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate), citrus fiber, corn starch, maltodextrin (corn), thickeners (cellulose gum, guar gum, xanthan gum, pectin), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids [veg.]), salt, flavourings.
