Our gluten-free farmhouse loaf is a classic family favourite baked with sourdough, providing delicious bread that is equally suited to the breakfast table or a dinner party. It’s also great for making buffet snacks or toasted sandwiches.
The bread is frozen immediately after baking. This guarantees bread that is fresh whenever you choose to defrost it. Our loaf is ready sliced, so you don’t need to take out and defrost any more than you intend to eat.
Gluten free wheat starch, water, gluten free malt extract (barley), thickeners (cellulose gum, guar gum, xanthan gum), yeast, rapeseed oil, maltodextrin (corn), apple fiber, dried buckwheat sourdough (1,4%), psyllium husk, sugar (only as yeast nutrient), emulsifiers (lecithin [rapeseed], mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids [veg.]), corn starch, salt, flavourings. May contain traces of eggs.
Our product has been tested and certified low FODMAP by FODMAP Friendly. It is therefore suitable for people following a low-FODMAP diet.
