- 300 ml whipping cream
- 100 ml jam of your choice, such as lemon curd or blackberry
- fresh summer berries, mint, icing sugar (for decoration)
HOW TO MAKE IT
This recipe for gluten-free summer cake starts with you taking a gluten-free Fria brownie out of the freezer. Take it out of its case and place it on a plate lined with a cake doily.
Whip the cream until fluffy and roughly fold in the jam. Spread the cream mixture on the gluten-free cake, garnish with fresh berries and mint. Sprinkle the icing sugar on top.
