RECIPE FOR GLUTEN-FREE BLT BITES
Try this delicious recipe for gluten-free BLT bites using Fria Fibre-Rich Toast. Gluten-free BLT bites are the perfect snack for a party or buffet. They have been developed in collaboration with Susanne Jonsson, one of Sweden’s most popular cookbook authors and TV chefs.

Ingredients
- 6 slices of Fria Fibre-Rich Toast
- 1 packet bacon
- 100 ml natural cream cheese
- lettuce
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 100 ml gherkins
HOW TO MAKE IT
Thaw the bread as directed on the packaging.
Fry the bacon until crispy, lay on paper towels, and allow to cool. Cut the crust off the bread. Spread the cream cheese on each of the bread slices.
Add the lettuce and bacon on half of the slices, and cover with another slice. Cut diagonally to get triangular sandwiches. Halve the tomatoes, stick a cocktail stick through each, and stick into the bread.
Serve with gherkins.
