- Finely chopped chives
- Prawn salad:
- 200 g peeled prawns
- 100 ml mayonnaise
- 50 ml crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
- 4 tbsp finely chopped dill
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
