Thaw the bread as directed on the packaging.
Fry the bacon until crispy, lay on paper towels, and allow to cool. Cut the crust off the bread. Spread the cream cheese on each of the bread slices.
Add the lettuce and bacon on half of the slices, and cover with another slice. Cut diagonally to get triangular sandwiches. Halve the tomatoes, stick a cocktail stick through each, and stick into the bread.
Serve with gherkins.
