The lemon helps to give the muffins a fresh flavour that’s hard to resist. And if you want a slightly more indulgent treat, Fria’s gluten-free lemon muffins work really well topped with delicious frosting.
Each pack of gluten-free lemon muffins weighs 210 g and contains four muffins.
Our lemon muffins are freshly frozen – this means that they’re frozen as soon as they’re baked. This keeps them fresh right up until you take them out to defrost. Take out and defrost as many muffins as you need.
Egg, rapeseed oil, sugar,
gluten free wheat starch, rice flour,
psyllium husk, baking powder (sodium
pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate),
corn starch, maltodextrin (corn), thickeners
(cellulose gum, guar gum, xanthan
gum), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides
of fatty acids [veg.]), salt, flavourings.
Our product has been tested and certified low FODMAP by FODMAP Friendly. It is therefore suitable for people following a low-FODMAP diet.
