We always strive to maintain the highest possible quality in all our products. If you feel that something isn’t quite right with your product, or if you have any complaints, please let us know.
Submit a complaint about a product
If you want to submit a complaint about a product, fill in the form. Of course, you’ll be reimbursed for your purchase if you’re not satisfied. When something has gone wrong with a product, we make sure to investigate what may have happened. That’s why we’d be very grateful if you provide as much detailed information as possible in the message field. It makes it easier for us both to help you and to prevent issues in the future.
