Did you know that we have our very own coeliac specialist here at Fria? Her name is Margareta Elding-Pontén, and in addition to holding a PhD in chemistry, she also has coeliac disease herself. Margareta has extensive knowledge about coeliac disease and nutrition-related issues. She is here to support our own product development, but also to spread knowledge about coeliac disease and help you if you have questions about coeliac disease and a gluten-free diet.
