The many qualities of gluten-free oats make them a great addition to a gluten-free diet. Wholegrain oats contain fibre, vitamins, and minerals and give the bread a more rounded and fuller flavour.
Our Oat Squares are baked using broad bean flour and apples. The broad bean is an exciting ingredient. It’s rich in nutrients and contains plenty of protein, fibre, vitamins, and minerals. The rolls feature the keyhole label by virtue of their high fibre content and 38% whole grain.
Gluten-free oat squares are part of Fria’s growing Skog & Mark range of breads containing the finest ingredients the earth has to offer. The breads are rich in fibre and free from gluten, lactose, and milk protein.
Gluten free wheat starch, water, gluten free whole grain oat flakes (13%), gluten free malt extract (barley), thickeners (cellulose gum, guar gum, xanthan gum), maltodextrin (corn), syrup (only as yeast nutrient), psyllium husk, yeast, rapeseed oil, corn starch, emulsifiers (lecithin [rapeseed], mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids [veg.]), salt, flavourings. Whole grain content 13%, equivalent to 22% of dry weight. May contain traces of eggs.
