There’s a good reason why the chia seed is called a miracle seed. It’s packed full of nutrients and is a natural source of omega 3, antioxidants, fibre, and minerals. Our unsweetened chia seed rolls are a perfect addition to the breakfast table. Our chia seed rolls are also free from both lactose and milk protein.
The word chia means strength. It was used by the Mayans to give extra energy after strenuous tasks. Chia seeds are rich in protein, minerals, and vitamins. Chia seeds also contain five times the calcium of milk, and four times the antioxidants of blueberries.
We freeze our chia seed rolls immediately after baking. This way they stay fresher for longer.
