Ingredients

Makes 8 gluten-free slices
- 4 slices of Fria White Toast, thawed

Egg salad:
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 tbsp capers, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Turkish yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- pinch of salt
- Freshly milled black pepper
How to make it

Mix all the egg salad ingredients well in a bowl.

Toast four slices of Fria’s gluten-free White Toast and cut them diagonally.

Distribute the egg salad on the gluten-free bread slices and garnish with fresh dill.
