  • 100 ml jam of your choice, such as lemon curd or blackberry
  • fresh summer berries, mint, icing sugar (for decoration)

Whip the cream until fluffy and roughly fold in the jam. Spread the cream mixture on the gluten-free cake, garnish with fresh berries and mint. Sprinkle the icing sugar on top.
