Ingredients

Makes around 8 gluten-free burgers
- 8 Fria hamburger bread
- 400 g minced chuck
- 1 yellow onion, finely grated
- 1 medium parsnip, finely grated
- 1 medium carrot, finely grated
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 100 ml gluten-free oatmeal
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 2 pinches of black pepper
How to make it

Add all the ingredients for the gluten-free chuck burgers in a large bowl. Mix well with your hands or a fork. Remember not to overwork the mixture. Shape eight burgers from the mixture. Fry or barbecue them medium to well done.

Serve with Fria’s gluten-free hamburger buns, dressing, lettuce, tomato, and pickled red onion.
