Here’s a recipe for gluten-free chuck burgers – a slightly more indulgent and, in our opinion, tastier version of the hamburger. In addition to Fria’s gluten-free hamburger buns, you need minced chuck, which is perfect for making gluten-free hamburgers. Add some sweet root vegetables to the mix and you’ll take the taste experience to the next level!

Ingredients

  • Makes around 8 gluten-free burgers

  • 8 Fria hamburger bread
  • 400 g minced chuck
  • 1 yellow onion, finely grated
  • 1 medium parsnip, finely grated
  • 1 medium carrot, finely grated
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 100 ml gluten-free oatmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 pinches of black pepper

How to make it

Add all the ingredients for the gluten-free chuck burgers in a large bowl. Mix well with your hands or a fork. Remember not to overwork the mixture. Shape eight burgers from the mixture. Fry or barbecue them medium to well done.

Serve with Fria’s gluten-free hamburger buns, dressing, lettuce, tomato, and pickled red onion.
