Ingredients

For 1 gluten-free ham
- 2 tbsp sweet, strong mustard
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp light muscovado sugar
- 2 tbsp gluten-free breadcrumbs
- 1 egg yoke
- Finely grated peel of one orange
How to make it

Preheat the oven to 225°C. Place a boiled ham joint in a roasting tin, fat side up.

Mix all the ingredients for the glaze and spread over the joint. Sprinkle 1 to 2 tablespoons of gluten-free breadcrumbs over it.

Roast in the middle of the oven until the ham takes on a golden colour, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve on Fria Christmas Loaf.
