Gluten-free christmas ham

Ham is a must on the Christmas table. So here’s a recipe for a delicious orange-glazed ham, topped with gluten-free breadcrumbs and finely grated orange peel.

Ingredients

  • For 1 gluten-free ham

  • 2 tbsp sweet, strong mustard
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp light muscovado sugar
  • 2 tbsp gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg yoke
  • Finely grated peel of one orange

How to make it

Preheat the oven to 225°C. Place a boiled ham joint in a roasting tin, fat side up.

Mix all the ingredients for the glaze and spread over the joint. Sprinkle 1 to 2 tablespoons of gluten-free breadcrumbs over it.

Roast in the middle of the oven until the ham takes on a golden colour, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
