- 2 Fria brownies
- 100 g roasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- pansies or other edible flowers

Nutella frosting:
- 200 g of room temperature butter
- 150 ml Nutella
- 100 ml icing sugar
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 2 tbsp espresso (optional)
- pinch of sea salt

Salted caramel sauce:
- 100 ml unrefined brown sugar
- 100 ml sugar syrup
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
How to make it
Let’s start with the frosting. Whisk together all the ingredients into a glossy, creamy Nutella frosting.
Boil the sugar, syrup, and cream together in a thick-bottomed saucepan to make the caramel sauce. Allow to boil for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the butter and salt and allow to cool.
Spread the Nutella frosting on the gluten-free brownies and garnish with the hazelnuts.
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the gluten-free brownies and decorate with edible flowers.
