Gluten-free brownie with summer berries

Our gluten-free brownie are loved by many. This recipe for gluten-free brownie with summer berries and sweet cinnamon caramel sauce is a real treat of a dessert. Fria’s brownie are ready baked and can be found in the gluten-free freezer.

Ingredients

  • Serves 6 to 8 people

  • 1 Fria brownie
  • 250 g mixed summer berries
  • Cinnamon caramel sauce:

  • 100 ml unrefined brown sugar
  • 100 ml sugar syrup
  • 100 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1-2 tsp cinnamon

How to make it

Boil the sugar, syrup, and cream in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Let the mixture boil for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then add the butter, salt, and cinnamon and leave to cool.

Put Fria’s gluten-free brownie on a plate and top with the berries and caramel sauce.
